Manj Rayit Sugar Art is based in London. They specialise in Bespoke Eggless Cakes and Sugar Art for all occasions from birthday cakes, novelty cakes, wedding cakes to cater for all tastes from classic iced cakes to handcrafted figurines, sugar flowers and royal icing. 

 

Cake designer Manj Rayit runs the business from a studio offering only the best quality ingredients to customers to create the perfect cake. The sisters started off experimenting with eggless sponges and flavours and eventually went on to qualify as professional cake designers. 

Manj Rayit has been trained by well known artists Carlos Lischetti, The Rose on the Cake, Zoes Hopkinson, Hina Rasool, Suzanne Esper and Silvia Mancini. 

A professional level of service is provided from the consultation and cake tasting to the collection, delivery and set-up of the cake. Tailored advice and expertise on choosing the impeccable design for your special occasion and how to store your cake is offered. We are particularly passionate about edible sugar craft, modelling and have perfect attention to detail.
