If you would like to order or enquire about any of our cakes or confectionery items please contact us. Ideally, we would like to have 2 - 4 weeks’ notice for all celebration cakes and 1-6 months to book a wedding cake. Please provide as much information as possible in your enquiry, such as the date, number of portions you require, style and theme of your event and the venue’s address if you require delivery.

Tasting & Consultations

We offer cake tastings and consultations for orders over £300. The consultation includes a cake tasting for up to two people and you will be able to sample five delicious cake flavour combinations from our menu. There is a non-refundable fee of £30.00 for consultations, which is deducted from the price of the cake on placing an order. Consultations must be paid for in advance via bank transfer. We require at least 48 hours’ notice should you cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Payment

To secure your booking, we require a £200.00 non-refundable deposit for orders over £500.00 and a £100.00 non-refundable deposit for orders under £500.00. The remaining balance must be paid at least two weeks before the event. Any modifications after this period make incur additional fees.

Delivery 

Delivery to Central London costs £75.00. Delivery charges outside are quoted individually. You may also collect your cake from us in Mitcham and we will advise you how to transport them safely. We do not accept any responsibility once the cake has left us, unless delivered by Manj Rayit.
